This saved me so much time... exactly the same problem.

This is the second time I have had to install a lotus product twice. This has ONLY happened since the move to java based code. Lotus really needs to examine why their installer reports these installs as successful. Better yet, make it so they don't fail in the first place.

I've seen more issues in the last 3 years than the previous 15.
